The Radical Aliveness approach engages participants in a unique group process that welcomes powerful feelings and dynamic group interactions. Standing in the way of your own aliveness are the chronic patterns you formed in your past in order to survive. In this weekend workshop we will engage in body-based Radical Aliveness techniques and exercises in order to free these frozen feelings and history that no longer serve you. This work helps you reconnect with deep parts of the self that you disconnected from as a child. It uncovers the power and goodness at the source of your most destructive patterns. It leads you to connection with your deepest essence.
As you release blocked energies, you will be able to create authentic connections with others while uncovering the power and goodness at the source of who you really are. Through the Radical Aliveness process individuals are supported and able to step into their own authority in order to become influential leaders who are present and involved in the world.
In this 5-day Intro to Radical Aliveness retreat, you will work individually and in groups to understand, transform, and release the past as you deeply explore, experience, and express your blocked and held energy. You will work on your relationship to yourself and explore relating to others in radically alive ways. You will find what stands in the way of your full potential for life.
This work is powerful, respectful and cathartic. An interview is required if you are new to this work.

In this two-day workshop, we’ll explore the unconscious patterns that keep us from relating in a more authentic way. We’ll work with boundaries, need, desire, and enmeshment. We’ll support you to take risks and explore relational edges. Come prepared to take risks, tell the truth, and deepen your connection to others!
Over the course of the weekend, we will teach you the key skills needed to flourish in your relationships. You will also have the opportunity to participate in interactive exercises that will allow you to practice some of these scenarios live with the other workshop participants.

In 2013 he founded Radical Aliveness Toronto, where for 3 years he led weekly groups and workshops, helping to build a new and thriving community. His passion to share this work led him to produce and direct Group, an 11-part series documenting a Radical Aliveness Workshop led by Ann Bradney in 2009. As an actor, he has over sixty film and television credits in his twenty plus year career, including the role of “Christopher” on the acclaimed TV series Gilmore Girls. People in leadership positions who strive to be inspiring, influential, and highly effective must be exquisitely present, fully alive, and willing to learn anything about themselves. When you can engage the powerful feelings of others without the need to control or tame them, that’s Radical Aliveness. When you can learn to hold a space where conflict and challenge are welcome because they serve as doorways to fresh insights, that’s Radical Aliveness.
The Radically Alive Leader retreat is designed for established or emerging leaders— business people, community leaders, and other professionals who want to learn the principles and apply the techniques of Ann’s Radical Aliveness approach to bring more charge and creativity to their work.
In this 5-day retreat we will work with blocks to leadership, facing conflict head-on, and opening to the unpredictable energy of life. Participants will be encouraged to lead, take risks, be emotionally honest, shed personal agendas, and help build a dynamic group process where every member is an essential part of the whole. Our aim is to foster leaders who serve the greater purpose of life.
This group process may be unlike any group work you’ve done before. It demands courage, committed engagement with others, and a strong desire to discover and develop your leadership potential within an accelerated, intense time frame and setting.
