Our sexuality is sacred, tender, and beautiful! This weekend is a unique opportunity to come together and explore how the embodiment of our sexuality, gender, and expression has shaped itself in response to the environment. You’ll have multiple opportunities to develop a stronger sense of trust, safety, and pleasure in your embodied self, stretch into new internal territory, disrupt and reorganize energy, release trauma, pain, and negative patterns, and give and receive support for your most delicate and vulnerable selves.
Through playful movement, breath, structured exercises, individual and Radical Aliveness process, we’ll explore the intersections of cultural and familial conditioning, and our unique patterns in a truly supportive environment that supports your individuality within the collective power of our community. You’ll have support to deeply connect with yourself, and others with vulnerability, spontaneity, and embodied presence.
Our queer community needs a specific kind of support. Let’s play, move, laugh, cry, express our truth, feel our pain and vulnerability, and come fully home to ourselves, our vitality, and our hearts!

About Radical Aliveness Institute
The Radical Aliveness Institute programs move our focus beyond individual power, and toward our larger self. They teach us how to be effective, influential participants in a new socio-political environment where we are all connected, where we can all participate, and where each individual is needed to create the wisdom of the whole.
Jo Sandry MA, RA/CCEP brings her experience as a somatic therapist, teacher, and Radical Aliveness facilitator to co-create a dynamic and generative group experience, one that truly honors the relationship between our individual lives and our collective wisdom and power. In her private practice, Jo works with individuals, couples and groups and brings creativity and humor with a direct embodied approach that honors our courage and vitality, the delicacy of our deepest aches, and the resiliency to reclaim it all. Jo currently teaches at the Radical Aliveness Institute in LA and Costa Rica, and co-facilitates ThroughLine, a post-graduate program for somatic practitioners.
