I am originally from Montreal. I have worked for over 25 years as a community facilitator. I am a life-long learner and a creative soul who loves to reflect, share and learn alongside others for the purpose of personal and communal transformation. I have spent part of my life connecting with and collaborating with diverse communities in my own country and in South America by co-creating learning environments that are founded upon the shared values of inclusion, respect, love, creativity, self-expression and empowerment.
My personal experience and family values traced a path of an enormous attraction for minority groups and non-normative individuals.
From working with projects, teaching art and being a community facilitator , led me to become a Body based somatic practitioner. Fourteen years later I find myself having the privilege of offering sacred and safe space for individual and groups, with the purpose of supporting people to live their lives from their true voice and power.
I use my toolbox, my heart and the 5 Radical Aliveness principles to install a foundation of trust. Allowing , following what needs to emerge and tolerating the unknown are fundamental in my work. I believe in the capacity of people to transform and I trust in the collective intelligence.
I believe in being inclusive, empowering, and in self-responsibility. I encourage people to become an agent of change in this world by developing their personal brand of leadership.
For me HEALING is becoming aware and enjoying the freedom of feeling all the goodness that lives in us.
I am fascinated by this work I am a faculty member of the Radical Aliveness Institute and I have an individual practice in Canada , I lead groups, workshops and I teach in the US, Costa Rica and Mexico.
