Director, Israel & Palestine Programs

A social worker and group facilitator with a master's in policy and public administration, Silvia has been bringing Jewish and Palestinian communities into real dialogue since 2002. She holds complexity with skill and care, and has been part of the Radical Aliveness family since 2006.

Yotam Hochstadter

Yotam Hochstadter

Co-Leader, Israel & Palestine Programs

Yotam spent most of his career at Siach, a dialogic school in Israel, where he helped found and run its high school — work grounded in the same trust in people's capacity to shape their own lives that defines Radical Aliveness. He lives with his family in Kibbutz Pelech in the Western Galilee, where he builds, gardens, raises animals, and is learning Arabic as part of his ongoing commitment to building bridges between Jewish and Palestinian communities.

Susan Pincus

Susan Pincus

Treasurer

Susan is a somatic practitioner, herbalist, and farmer who has spent over 18 years growing food and medicine through regenerative practices. She created the Somatic Herbalism Apprenticeship — a seven-month land-based journey weaving earth-centered healing with body-centered awareness — and brings that same grounded presence to her work with individuals, couples, and groups.

Dana's path has taken her from Israeli television actress to opera singer to somatic healer — a journey guided by a lifelong search for deep, embodied expression. She trained at the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski in Italy and is now a practitioner and teacher of Brennan Healing Science and Family Constellations.

Gretchen Hinojosa

Gretchen Hinojosa

Board Member

Gretchen has woven Radical Aliveness into every corner of her life — from leading a thirty-person corporate team to her spiritual community to her own family. Since retiring in 2025, she leads Radically Alive Conscious Movement workshops: open spaces where people move freely, connect authentically, and discover the transformation that first drew her to this work in 2016.

Melissa is a somatic practitioner, spiritual activist, and Senior Faculty member at the Institute of Core Energetics. In her work with individuals, couples, and groups, she holds a deep belief that the body is the doorway to our most authentic selves — and that intimacy across difference is both possible and necessary. A Harvard Business School alumna and former international CEO, she brings her full range of experience to embodied leadership.

Director of Growth & Community Engagement

Josée spent over two decades as a global Sales Executive before discovering that her deepest calling lived at the intersection of business and human transformation. A Radical Aliveness Practitioner since 2019, she now brings that same energy to growing the community — co-organizing Radical Aliveness nights in Toronto and working with groups, couples, and individuals.

Daniella Krishevsky

Daniella manages the administration and production of Radical Aliveness programs, bringing years of experience across diverse fields. A longtime activist in joint Israeli-Palestinian initiatives, she holds a deep conviction that genuine encounter — not strategy — is what creates real change.
