Ann Bradney
Founder & Board Member / Co-Director of the Leadership Program
Ann Bradney founded and directed the Radical Aliveness Institute, a 4-year professional program based in Los Angeles from 2008 to 2020. In the 1990s she studied under Core Energetics pioneer John Pierrakos, and served on the faculty at the Core Energetics Institute in New York until 2002. She co-directed the International Radical Aliveness Practitioner Program in Nairobi, Kenya, for 6 years, and now leads the Radical Aliveness Leadership Program for Jews and Palestinians in Israel and Palestine.
Ann developed the original concepts and practices of Radical Aliveness over the past 20 years. Her innovative approach to working with individuals and groups expands beyond the realm of psychology and personal issues to address community healing and systemic issues with the vision of creating a more just world.

Yotam Hochstadter
Co-Facilitator, the Leadership Program
Yotam is a graduate of the Radical Aliveness training program and is leading the formation of the Jewish-Palestinian Radical Aliveness community in Israel-Palestine. He is also a graduate of the Israeli Center for Integrative Group Counseling. Most of his career has been spent at Siach — a dialogic school — where he served as an educator across all ages and played a leading role in founding and running its high school. Much like in Radical Aliveness, the work there rests on a deep trust in people's natural capacity to shape their own paths, and on the belief that we are called to empower rather than to instruct. It is, in essence, a non-expert model.
Yotam lives with his wife and two children in Kibbutz Pelech in the Western Galilee — a "kibbutz of groups," a communal model in which individuals belong to different sub-groups that together weave a culture of sharing, each in its own way. He has a hands-on relationship with the world: he built his own home, tends a garden, and raises goats and chickens. Over the past year he has devoted himself to learning Arabic — part of the same long work of building bridges, community, and shared life between Jews and Palestinians.

His work is grounded in creating spaces where people can meet one another with greater understanding, courage, and humanity.
In addition to his facilitation work, Sayel is an activist with Combatants for Peace, a joint grassroots movement of Israelis and Palestinians working together to end the occupation and advance peace, equality, justice, and freedom for all people living in their shared homeland. Through both activism and community-building, he is dedicated to fostering reconciliation, mutual respect, and lasting social change.
