The Peace Leadership Program is a two-and-a-half-year journey where 22 trailblazers from Israel and Palestine work together to heal generations of pain and conflict. The goal of the program is to support brave leaders in developing powerful tools, interventions, and insights that they can then use to cultivate peace in their families, their communities, and the world.
We bring people from all perspectives of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict together, welcoming their stories and feelings into the group process. We believe that change cannot happen without making room for the deep emotions triggered by this conflict to be expressed, felt, and heard.

Program Description
The Israeli-Palestinian region has been embroiled in one of the world’s most intractable conflicts for over a century, characterized by cycles of prejudice, failed peace talks and violence. In this increasingly tense time Radical Aliveness is empowering Jewish and Palestinian women and men to become peacebuilders throughout the region.

Who We Are
Radical Aliveness has built a program that promotes peace building, dialogue, and healing for both Jews and Palestinians in Israel and Palestine. The organization started offering the workshops that evolved into the Peace Leadership Program in 2007.
